Quantum-SI is available in a range of product configurations and options as listed below:

Pre-Layout What-If Analysis Solutions

Quantum-SI 100
configuration provides a pre-layout environment for customers that need to do "What If" analysis to determine design constraints for printed circuit boards, cables and connectors prior to implementation.
 
The QSI-100 configuration comes with a full signal integrity, crosstalk and static timing analysis environment that includes lossy transmission-line analysis for Giga-bit signaling.
 
This Quantum-SI pre-layout solution allows you to quickly capture and analyze large complex multi-board configurations that include connectors and cables. You can automatically analyze designs over a large solution space of variables, including process, voltage and temperature to understand and optimize PCB layout constraints.
 
Quantum-SI offers an interface centric approach to high-speed analysis versus the single net approach of many other signal integrity products. You can quickly capture every net class associated with an interface and then perform signal integrity, timing and crosstalk analysis to determine system-level noise and timing margins.
 
Quantum-SI allows you to fully analyze I/O buffers with their associated system-level interconnects to drive critical requirements into the PCB, FPGA, ASIC, and custom IC design processes. Interface analysis is performed across device process and environment utilizing the most rigorous waveform and eye diagram processing available. Every edge of every waveform is analyzed at 18 levels to determine waveform quality and timing margins. Waveforms are analyzed for the effects of static and dynamic overshoot, ringback, monotonicity, logic level noise margin, and slew rate to extract eye diagram properties and to capture switching threshold data for timing analysis. Static timing analysis is performed on the processed data to determine setup and hold margins.
 
If you use one of the Quantum-SI post-layout solutions in conjunction with a pre-layout database, you can quickly extract and automatically map the entire post-layout interface (data buses, address buses, strobes, clocks, etc.) to the pre-layout analysis environment, which allows you to reuse all of the simulation setups in post-layout and significantly shorten post-layout verification.
 
A distributed simulation farm option is available for Quantum-SI's simulation engine and for HSPICE. This functionality efficiently uses simulation engines, while maximizing compute resources for one or more design teams.
 
Quantum-SI 100 supports a seamless integration with HSPICE in addition to having its own internal Spice/IBIS simulator.


Advanced Pre-/Post-Layout Solution
 
Quantum-SI 300 provides a full multi-board pre-/post-layout environment and a rich feature set for the most demanding needs of seasoned signal integrity engineers.
The Quantum-SI 300 product includes all of the functionality of Quantum-SI 100 and adds support for multi-board systems, populations, variants, and crosstalk cross-probing for Allegro.

This product configuration offers unparalleled capacity and coverage. Whether you are running a few quick what-if simulations, a large solution space analysis, or analyzing every net on a large multi-board database, Quantum-SI's simulation capacity provides the analysis coverage needed to realize first pass success. You can also mix board designs from any of the supported PCB layout products.
