SiSoft's DDR4 Solution enables you to analyze the signal integrity of your next DDR4 design with ease. With DDR4 offing data transfer rates (2133–4266 MT/s) and lower voltages swings (1.05-1.2V) vs its predecessor DDR3, margins are smaller than ever. Designers need a comprehensive analysis approach to optimize and validate driver strength, on-die termination (ODT) and interconnect topology.
