SiSoft to Present Paper on the Use of IBIS-AMI Models to Study Clock Recovery Performance
Santa Clara, CA -- January 31, 2011 - Signal Integrity Software, Inc. (SiSoft™) today announced it will present “Studying Clock Recovery Performance Using IBIS-AMI Models”, a paper co-authored by Barry Katz, SiSoft President and CTO, and Dr. Michael Steinberger, SiSoft Lead Architect for Serial Channel Products at DesignCon 2011 on Tuesday, February 1st from 2:50-3:30PM. The paper introduces a method for extracting the jitter transfer function, jitter tolerance and pattern dependent jitter from an IBIS-AMI model under realistic channel conditions, presenting examples from a generic bang-bang clock recovery circuit and several commercial SerDes designs.
DesignCon will be held in the Santa Clara Convention Center in San Jose. Exhibition hours are from 12:30PM to 6:00PM on both Tuesday and Wednesday, February 1-2, 2011.
